Description

No. 35 on Broad Street is an 18th-century house featuring painted brickwork and a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with one window on the front. The walling is in Flemish bond, and there is a band at the first floor that is interrupted by the upper window. The attic has a flat-roofed dormer with a casement window, while the first floor has a sash window set in a reveal. The ground floor includes a small angular bay with casement windows. The entrance has a plain doorcase with simple brackets and a plain hood, and the door itself has two boarded panels.
