Description
No. 310 on Tonbridge Road is an 18th-century building featuring two storeys, a basement, and attics. It is constructed of red brick with some grey headers and has a hipped tiled roof with two dormers. A stringcourse runs along the building. The façade includes three sash windows without glazing bars. The central entrance is framed by a doorcase with a cornice and pilasters, topped with a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door, where the top four panels are cut away and glazed.
