Description

Queens House at Oakwood Hospital is a building, mainly dating from the 1850s, with end sections from 1867 and later additions at the rear. It is constructed of ashlar and is currently composed of two buildings joined by a modern infill section. The roof is slate, with a moulded eaves cornice. The building has 20 sash windows with original glazing bars, followed by a further three-bay section with a hipped roof, and finally an end section from 1867 featuring seven sash windows.
