Description

These are four mid-19th century houses on Upper Fant Road, originally designed to appear as two semi-detached properties. The houses are stuccoed and two stories high. Numbers 33 and 35 have a slate roof, while numbers 37 and 39 have a newer pantiled roof. A string course runs along the front. There are four windows in total. Numbers 33 to 37 have sash windows, some retaining original glazing bars. Number 39 has modern windows, and number 37 has Venetian shutters on its windows. Wooden trelliswork porches with tent-shaped canopies are found at numbers 35 and 37.
