Description

No 33 on Tonbridge Road is a house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century, with alterations made in the mid 19th century. The front elevation features two storeys of stock brick, a slate mansard roof, and one pedimented dormer. There are three windows, along with an extension that adds two more bays. The ground floor was extended in the mid 19th century, creating a projection with two three-light windows and a Tuscan porch. The left side elevation includes two pedimented dormers, a parapet with a moulded eaves cornice, a string course, and three sash windows with Gothick glazing.
