Description

29 Broad Street is an 18th-century house constructed of stucco with a tile roof. It has two storeys and features three windows, which are sashes set in exposed frames. On the south side, there is a carriage entrance that is lined with light framing and brick-nogged, leading to a six-panelled door. The house also has a fully-moulded eaves cornice.
