Description

No. 44 Broad Street is an 18th-century house constructed of stucco with a tile roof. The building has two storeys and features two windows. It includes casements and a 19th-century small rectangular bay on the south side. The entrance is highlighted by a doorcase with a moulded canopy supported by carved brackets, leading to a two-panelled (boarded) door.
