  1. Late C18 front to C17 building. 3 storeys. Red brick, with grey brick bands between floors, moulded brick dentil cornice and rebuilt parapet. Old tile roof. Good doorway with engaged Tuscan columns with reeded capitals, reeded frieze and open pediment. Six-panel door, two panels are glazed. Sash windows with glazing bars. Garden front facing river is original gabled stone (1609). Interior painting etc. C17. Massive C17 chimney at North end of building, diamond shape. Gabled irregular stable block adjoins, timber framed with brick infill.

Nos 1, 3, 4 to 12 (even) and St Peter's Theatre form a group.
