Description

No. 12 Colebrook Street is an early 19th century building, dating from around 1833. It is two storeys high and features painted stucco with an old tile hipped roof. The facade has three windows, and a central doorway that is flanked by strip pilasters and has a panelled door. The outer windows consist of four square panes each and are sash windows with glazing bars. This building is part of a group with Nos 12 to 15, which are noted for their collective architectural significance.
