Nonconformist Chapel. Circa 1850. Red brick with yellow brick and stone dressings, slate roof. On north south axis, in Italianate style, 3 bay chapel with south door and south west tower. Red brick off-set plinth, and yellow brick rusticated corner pilasters. Stone sill string on all but south. Wide plain yellow brick frieze. To north and south pediments of yellow brick architraves and oculus. To north large roundheaded window in rusticated yellow brick surrounds and raised keystone. Smaller similar windows on sides. These windows glazed with narrow blue glass edge-panes. To south similar roundheaded doorway, having panelled double doors. Against south bay of west wall is square-plan yellow brick tower. Has tall (up to eaves level) 1st stage of rusticated, heavy moulded 1st floor cornice. Next stage has rusticated corner pilasters and on each face roundheaded opening. Top stage has triple arch openings on each face. Machicolated eaves to hipped roof with weather vane.
