Description

Reed Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage, originally a pair of dwellings, with 20th-century restoration and an extension. The walls are rendered and the roof is thatched. The cottage is set at a right angle to the roadway and has one storey and an attic, with two window bays. The roof has eaves raised above the windows and a catslide at the rear. The walls are plain, with casement windows featuring two splayed bays covered with thatch, and two French doors. A flat-roofed wing was added to the east side in the 20th century.
