Description

Well Cottage is a cottage dating from the early 18th century and the 20th century. It has a rendered and thatched exterior and is one storey high with an attic, featuring two windows. The roof is hipped at the west end and has lower eaves above an outshot. The east gable includes a chimney, and the roof merges with a 20th-century rear extension. The walls are made of chalk and flint cob on a flint base and are rendered, with painted brick re-facing on the outshot. The windows are casements, and there is a half-glazed door accompanied by a side window.
