Southville is a small cottage located at the rear of Ashwell Cottage. It dates from the late 18th century and early 20th century. The building features a combination of render, thatch, and slate. It is a tiny structure with one storey and an attic, displaying irregular fenestration. The thatch roof sits above cob walls, with casement windows and a plain doorway.
