Description
Windmill Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 18th century, with 20th-century restoration. Originally timber-framed, the walls are now covered in flint and topped with a thatched roof. The building has one storey and an attic, featuring five windows. Brick dressings are present, and there are indications of several alterations, with the north gable displaying an exposed frame. The windows are casements, with upper lights set within eyebrow dormers. The plain doorway is topped with a thatched hood. Inside, there are changes in levels, and a timber chimney bressumer bears the inscription WAB 1718.
