Small Cottage. Late C18, with early C19 outshot. Flint and brick, with a thatch roof. 1 storey and attic, 2 windows to the NW elevation. Roof ½ hipped at the southern end, with exposed timber frame filled with wattle, hipped and brought to a low eaves at the northern outshot, which masks a large tapered brick stack, eaves raised above upper windows. Casements. Boarded doors.
