Description
The property comprises an 18th-century house and an adjoining mill. The house is two storeys high and has two windows. It is constructed of red brick with a tile roof and casement windows. The mill is likely also of the 18th century. Its ground floor is red brick, while the upper floor is tarred weatherboarded, topped with a hipped roof of corrugated iron. The mill has casement windows.
