Test House is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories tall and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with a wide eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. The entrance includes a porch supported by Ionic columns, and the door is adorned with a semi-circular fanlight.
