Description

No. 45 Cherville Street is a 19th-century building that stands two stories tall with an attic and features a slate roof. It has one narrow flat-roofed dormer. The building is constructed of red brick and includes a sash window that is four panes wide, framed with architrave both above and below, and has a slightly segmental head on the lower window. There is a six-flush panelled door located to the northeast, set within a frame that has a segmental arch. No. 45 is part of a group with Nos. 45 to 51 (odd).
