Description
Rowfant Mill is an 18th-century building originally used as a mill, and later converted into a house. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The ground floor is built of red brick, with the upper floor faced with weatherboarding. It has a tiled roof, and a gable end facing south-east with scalloped bargeboards. A matching modern addition, also with three windows, has been built to the north-east.
