Description

The Cottage is a house, originally built as a pair, in the early 19th century and restored in 1983. It is constructed of brick with some flint and features a detached roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, has two storeys with four windows above two. The roof is half hipped with a catslide at the rear, and the gables are framed in timber. The brick walls have a scattered pattern of flint pockets and cambered openings on the ground floor. The north side has an outshot with a tiled roof, rendered walls, and two doorways.
