Description

BROUGHTON HIGH STREET (east side) SU 3033 10/26 Warren Cottage GV II Cottage. C17 core early C18 altered C19. Timber-frame core, brick, colourwashed front, old plain tile roof. 2 storey on cellar, 2 bay with C20 range to rear. Central c1800 6-panel door with flush lower panels. Each side C19 4-pane sash in original opening with rubbed brick head. 2 C19 4-Pane sashes on 1st floor. Toothed cornice. External stack at right end. On 1st floor at left 2 straight tieplates.
