Description

No. 12 High Street is a house that was once a shop, dating from the early 19th century. It features chequerwork brick and a slate roof. The building is two stories tall with three bays. In the space between the left bays, there is a six-panel top-lit door set in a solid frame. Each side of the door has a 16-pane sash window with a rubbed brick head. At the right end, there is an early 20th-century three-light shop window with a name board in a frame above it. On the first floor, there are three 16-pane sash windows, also with rubbed brick heads.
