Description

Monxton Mill is a late 18th-century mill with a mid-19th-century millhouse, now combined into a single dwelling. The mill section is constructed of English bond brick with a ½-hipped roof covered in tiles. It is a tall block of two storeys and an attic, featuring 20th-century casement windows. The millhouse portion has a hipped slate roof of a low pitch and walls incorporating flint panels, alongside brickwork. It retains two original cast-iron framed windows and includes a 20th-century brick and tile porch.
