Description
The Black Swan Public House is an 18th-century building constructed of brick and tile. It features a symmetrical front (south) elevation with two storeys and five openings, although two of these are blank above the doorways. The roof is hipped at the east end and has a catslide at the rear, with brick dentil eaves. The walls are built in Flemish bond and include a first-floor band, cambered openings on the ground floor, and a plinth, all of which are painted. The windows are casements. There is a half-glazed door with a canopy supported by brackets, along with a front door and a side door that have been filled in. A wrought-iron sign bracket is positioned at eaves level.
