Description

Old Hoyes is a cottage dated 1747. It is constructed of cob on a flint base, with a thatched roof. The front, facing northwest, is of one storey and attic, with three windows. The roof is half-hipped, with raised eaves above the windows, and a catslide at the rear. The windows are casements. A boar's head door surround is set within a plain frame.
