Description
Sibson Mill is a mill and mill house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features plain tiled roofs. The house has three storeys and originally had two bays but has been extended by one bay to the left. The central door is adorned with console brackets supporting a flat canopy and has recessed moulded panels in the architrave. The flanking windows are three-light casements with transoms and cambered brick heads. There is a stack on the right-hand gable and between the central and left-hand bays, along with dentilled eaves. A lower rear wing is present. The mill building, which is now part of the dwelling, is attached to the left. It is of lesser height, also made of brick with a plain tiled roof, and features cambered heads on both the door and the loading door above.
