Description
This barn, located approximately 50 meters south of Manor Farm, dates from the late 17th century, with additions from the 18th and 20th centuries. It features a timber-framed structure with weatherboarded walls and a steeply pitched corrugated iron roof. The barn has a north aisle added in the 18th century and consists of five bays, with central cart entrances on both the north and south sides. The roof is supported by a queen post design with raking struts, clasped purlins, and staggered butt-purlins. Several timbers have been reused or replaced in the 20th century, particularly around the cart entrances.
