Description

The barn at Manor Farm is a structure from the late 17th century or 18th century. It features a timber frame covered in weatherboard and has a corrugated iron roof, along with a lean-to on the east side. The barn has a brick plinth and plain cart entries on each side. Inside, there is a five-bay layout supported by tie-beam-and-collar trusses with arched braces extending up to the tie-beams. The arched braces also reach up to the lintel of the east cart entry. It is said to have an inscribed date of 1680.
