Description

HOUGHTON HOUGHTON SU 33 SW 4/40 Corner Cottage GV II Cottage. Late C15 encased and extended C18 and C20. Cruck timber-frame encased in brick with brick additions. 4 bay cruck building with left end rebuilt C17 and bay added to left C18, wing added to rear in centre. In each bay 3-light segmental head casement. In left C15 bay projecting brick porch with 6-pane half-glazed in centre and blind panel each side. Each side of door eyebrow dormer with 2-light casement. Roof half-hipped with ridge piece. Stack on ridge above door and between right bays.
