The cottage is one and a half stories high and consists of two bays, with an outshot store on the right. There is a planked door beneath a thatched hood in the right bay. Each bay has a two-light casement window, and there is also a two-light casement window in an eyebrow dormer above. The roof has a ridge piece and a central stack, sloping down to the right.
