Description

Hatt Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of brick featuring a front made of blue headers, topped with a slate and old plain tile roof. The building has a two-storey and attic design, consisting of a three-bay range with a wing at the right side, an outshot to the left, and a single-storey range at the right end. The front of the farmhouse includes a 20th-century verandah in front of the ground floor. In the center, there is a six-panel door with a fanlight above it. Flanking the door are three-light segmental head casements. On the first floor, there are three-light casements on either side of a two-light casement. The roof features two two-light gabled dormers located near the ends. There are end stacks, with the right stack having an added external flue.
