Description
Awbridge Farm House is a cottage dating from the mid-18th century, with a 19th-century wing. It features blue brick headers with red brick dressings and a red brick wing, topped with an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and has three bays, with a taller 19th-century cross-wing at the right end. The front of the house includes a 19th-century gabled glass and timber porch to the right of the center. In the center, there is a small window, and to the right of the porch, there is a similar window. To the left, there is a three-light segmental head casement. On the first floor, there are three-light casements on each side of a blind opening. The eaves are toothed. The cross-wing features a four-light and a three-light segmental head casement and has a half-hipped roof. There are stacks at either end of the original part of the house.
