Redmans Cottage, formerly known as Walnut Tree Cottage, is a mid-18th century brick cottage featuring blue diaper decoration and tile-hung gables, topped with an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and has two bays, with a later wing added to the rear. The front facade includes a central glazed door, flanked by two-light casements on either side, and a smaller similar window on the first floor. Above the door, there is a bricked-up small opening. The roof is half-hipped and has a central stack.
