Description

This building is a smithy located 10 meters south of Old Timbers in Rockbourne, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick, with some blue bricks, and features a thatched roof. The building has two bays and is a single storey. The end facing the road has a door opening and two-light leaded casement windows. On the side, there is another door and two similar windows. The roof is hipped with a stack over the far bay. Inside, the forge hearth remains unaltered.
