Description

Cruck Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It is timber-framed, with some plaster infill, brick infill, and a 20th-century addition. The cottage has a road-facing end of three bays and two storeys, with a projecting bay to the centre. The road-facing end has small casement windows. A projecting porch with an overhanging roof on posts is set on the side. There is a door to the road-facing end and a side door. Other bays have two-light casement windows, and there is a two-light eyebrow dormer window over the far bay. The roof is half-hipped, with a ridge stack located between the centre and road bay.
