Description

Threeways Cottage is a small house that dates back to the 17th century, with alterations and extensions made in the 19th century. It has a timber-frame core, brick construction, and a thatched roof. The building faces the road and is two stories high with two original bays, plus two additional bays added to the far end and a 19th-century lean-to on the roadside. The garden front features a central hip-roofed brick porch over a stone plaque, with three-light casements on both floors. There is a raised band on the first floor. The later part on the left-hand side has two-light casements, and the roof is hipped at the left end. There are stacks at each end of the older part of the cottage.
