Description

The Old House is a 17th-century timber-framed barn that has been converted into a two-storeyed service cottage. It features a single-storeyed utility block to the east, which is partly from the 18th century. The building has a red tile roof that is half-hipped at the west end. The timber frame is exposed, with red brick infill where former ventilation slots have been filled in. Small casement windows with leaded lights have been inserted within the framing, and there is a plain doorway.
