C17. A timber framed barn, converted to a 2-storeyed service cottage, with an eastern single-storeyed utility block, partly of C18. Red tile roof, 1/2-hipped at west end. Timber frame is exposed, with red brick infill (former ventilation slots now filled). Small casements inserted within the framing, with leaded lights. Plain doorway.
