Description

Pond House is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on the north side of The Street in Rotherwick. It features a symmetrical front with two storeys and three windows, along with a western extension that has two additional windows. The building is topped with a hipped roof made of red tiles and constructed from red brick in Flemish bond. One of the ground floor windows has a rubbed flat arch. The windows are Victorian sashes set in exposed frames, and there are three casements on the ground floor. The doorway is adorned with a moulded canopy supported by carved brackets, and it has an architrave frame with a half-glazed door.
