Description
The Bungalow is a former agricultural building, now a cottage, dating from the 17th century with later additions and alterations. It features a timber-framed structure with painted brick infill and a plain-tile roof. Originally likely a barn, it has been converted into domestic accommodation, with a 20th-century single-storey addition at a right angle to the south-west. The building is one storey and has an attic, with framing consisting of square panels, three from the cill to the wall-plate, and V-struts from the collar to the gable end. On the north side, there are two early 20th-century casements set within the framing panels, with gabled eaves dormers directly above. A red brick ridge stack is located to the right of the left dormer. The entrance is through the 20th-century single-storey addition, which is not of special architectural interest.
