Description
Stroud Green Cottage is a 17th and 18th century, two-storey timber-framed house that features two distinct frames meeting at the center of the main west elevation. The cottage has a red tile roof that is half-hipped at the north end, with a gable and a large chimney stack at the south end. The timber frame is exposed on three sides, predominantly on the first floor, and includes painted brick infill and other walling. The windows are casements that are irregularly spaced, and there is a plain door set in a solid frame. At the south end, there is a single-storey modern outshot.
