  1. C17 rear wing. Timber framed with end wall tile hung above bressumer. Half hipped old tiled roof with centre stack. Entrance below this. Rear wall has some exposed timber framing. Brick plinth. 2 rear outshuts of 1 storey each. 2 storeys. 3 windows late C18/early C19 casements. (A late C19/early C20 house has been built onto the C17 part and now forms the road frontage). Friends' Farmhouse, with its barn and granary forms a group with Morgans' Farmhouse and barn to the rear, the latter building and the granary at Friends Farm are buildings of local interest.
