Description

Morgan's Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier building located on the north side of Swanwick Lane. It is constructed of red brick with some grey headers and features a main section with a gabled cross wing at the east end. The roof is tiled and includes a large axial chimney stack. There is a door with a flat hood situated below the chimney. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic window in the gable. It contains five windows, which are a mix of early 19th century and modern casements. Morgan's Farmhouse, along with Friends' Farmhouse and its barn and granary located to the rear, forms a group of buildings of local interest.
