Description

Yew Tree Farmhouse, located on Botley Road, dates from 1759. The building features grey headers with red brick window dressings, quoins, and a string course, topped by an old tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and has three sash windows with glazing bars, with the ground floor windows set beneath segmental headed red brick arches. The doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. Yew Tree Farmhouse is part of a group that includes No 151 and No 149 (Rockery Farmhouse), along with its granary and barn, which are of local interest.
