Description

Hobshorts Farmhouse is a 17th century building located on Bassell's Lane in West Grinstead. The original part of the farmhouse is the north-east wing, which is two storeys high and features three windows. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and has a tiled roof. The windows are either casement or horizontally-sliding sash types. On the south side, there is a small projection with a single window that has a Horsham slab roof. To the west of this original section, there is a 19th century wing that is of a higher elevation.
