Newlands Farmhouse is a 17th-century building, originally with three windows, although the address has been amended to Blackboys. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is faced with weather-boarding. The roof is tiled. The farmhouse originally featured casement windows. Modern wings have been added to the south-west and north-east of the building.
