Description
The gate and railings to the east of No 169 (St Vincent) on Castle Street date from the late 19th century. They consist of cast iron railings set on a low red brick wall topped with white stone coping, along with an iron gate. This structure, along with Nos 169 to 175 (odd), the gate and railings at No 169, and the street boundary wall at No 171, forms a group with Nos 162 to 174 (even), including the street boundary wall at No 194, and Nos 182 to 190 (even) and No 196. Notably, Nos 175 and 196 are recognized as buildings of local interest.
