The street boundary wall to the southeast of No 171, known as St Vincent Cottage, is a 19th-century red brick garden wall that stands 7 feet high and runs along the street frontage. It is part of a group that includes Nos 169 to 175 (odd), which features a gate and railings at No 169, as well as the street boundary wall at No 171. This group is further connected to Nos 162 to 174 (even), which includes the street boundary wall at No 194, and Nos 182 to 190 (even) and No 196. Notably, Nos 175 and 196 are recognized as buildings of local interest.
