Description
The lodge is a mid-19th century dwelling located at the entrance to the driveway of Binsted Mill Court. It is constructed of stone and slate and features a single-storeyed square block in a 'Tudor' style, with minor outshots at the rear. The building has a pyramid roof topped with a central stone chimney. The walls are made of coursed stone, accented with Bath-stone dressings. There is a low parapet with coping above an entablature, which is supported at the north-west corner by two columns and two pilasters, creating a recessed open porch. The front of the lodge has coupled round-headed windows with a hoodmould, consisting of three lights and leaded casements, along with a boarded door.
