Description

Clay's Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 19th century, with 20th-century extensions. The walls are made of malmstone ashlar, featuring brick quoins, slightly-cambered rubbed arches with flat extrados, a first-floor band, and a plinth. The roof is plain tiled. The symmetrical front, facing east, has two storeys and three windows, which are casements. There is a porch supported by two columns in a single Tuscan Order, complete with a fanlight.
