Description

The Grange is a house dating from the 18th century with early 19th-century additions, and altered in the 20th century. It is located on Gracious Street in Selborne. The house is constructed of ashlar malmstone walls with brick quoins, and has a tiled roof with a ridge at two levels; the north end is hipped while the south end (with the higher ridge) is half-hipped. The west-facing front has two storeys and a facade of three windows above four. There are 20th-century casement windows, two of which replace former doorways. A small, gabled porch is also from the 20th century.
